Looking for healthy cooking ideas for kids? Stick with celery! This super veggie has been shown to help detoxify the body and reduce stress. It contains a good amount of a variety of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B6, C, and K, as well as potassium, manganese, folate, and dietary fiber.

Ingredients

1 celery head
1/2 a tub of cream cheese
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
Cayenne
Parsley (chopped)
1 oz. butter

Directions

1. Clean celery thoroughly and cut into sticks.
2. Combine cream cheese, butter and seasoning, adding the mixture to the concavities in celery sticks.
3. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
