These orange glazed carrots make a fun children's cooking activity and a delicious addition to any meal. They're also healthy and full of Vitamin C!
1/4 cup orange juice 1 pound baby carrots 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter A pinch of salt
Lay carrots in a saucepan (shallow) and add water until carrots are covered. Boil carrots until they are tender. Drain carrots, then place back in pan.
Pour juice on the carrots, using a spoon to make sure carrots are evenly covered. Turn stove to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Use spoon to mix in butter, brown sugar and salt. Continue to simmer until both sugar and butter have melted.
